Chris Redman praises Lamar Jackson’s leadership, work ethic

Chris Redman has watched the Louisville quarterback pipeline evolve from his own playing days to Lamar Jackson ’s rise, and during his conversation on T he Lounge with Ryan Mink and Garrett Downing , he focused less on talent and more on what sustains it. Redman said the first time he saw Lamar, the athletic ability stood out immediately—but it wasn’t the only thing that caught his attention.

But what ultimately defined Lamar in Redman's eyes was his approach to preparation and consistency behind the scenes.

“The biggest thing I probably remember and still think is amazing is his work ethic,” Redman said.
