Radio stops when I lock my phone
Start the radio from the Radio screen, keep the app installed from the store (not a test build), and make sure Low Power Mode and battery saver are not restricting the app. On Android, allow notifications so the media controls can appear.
The camera rep counter does not count
Allow camera access, prop the phone 2 to 3 metres away so your whole body is visible, and use good light. The video never leaves your phone.
Prayer times look wrong
Check your city or allow location, then choose the calculation method your local mosque uses in the prayer settings.
News or tools will not load
Some tools need the internet. Pull down on the News screen to refresh, or open More and tap "Check for new tools".
