Found a fix for my "I need this" spending that actually works. Switched to a no-fee bank, downgraded my phone plan, and meal prepped like my wallet depended on it. No more impulse buys or "treat yourself" justifications.

Started tracking every dollar after realizing my "small" subscriptions added up to $200/month. Cut cable, gym membership (replaced with free workouts), and even my coffee habit by brewing at home. Still got my coffee—just not the $7 latte.
