Stretch Routine Guide (Voice Coached)
Pick one of eight routines and press start. A full-screen coach announces each stretch and how to do it, shows an animated figure, counts down the hold, says 'Left side', 'Switch, right side', reminds you to breathe at the halfway point and warns you at ten seconds. When it ends it logs the routine in your Workout Log.
Choose the hold length (about 20, 30, 45 or 60 seconds), skip or go back, pause any time, and use natural Kokoro voices or your device voice.
